Daemon disabled by default in OpenPKG Release 2.1
The rsync daemon no longer starts automatically by default as of
OpenPkg Release 2.1. Starting the rsync daemon to listen on all
interfaces requires two lines in the %{l_prefix}/etc/rc.conf file.
One has rsync_bind="", the other rsync_daemon="yes".
