LibertySoft/Celestial.com modifications
- Changed configure to build shared libraries. This was necessary to get freeradius to work on a SuSE 9.0 Professional system which didn't have the SuSE libtool package installed. The SuSE package masked the dependency, and could have caused compatibility problems.
